“Have you met Rachael?? She is the bartender who took care of me. She was on point! The California heat tacos were fantastic!! I had mine prepared with the tempura shrimp, with a nice shot of butt burning habanero sauce. The sides were black beans with the cilantro rice. The rice was the perfect texture to accent the cilantro flavor. I mixed the beans in cause I’m that guy!! All around 5 stars.“

“We had such a great experience at Ted’s Backyard! The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming.
The Apple Brie chicken sandwich was a standout—so delicious! The burgers were excellent, and we tried just about all the desserts—strawberry shortcake, shakes, and chocolate turtle brownie—and they were all next-level.
Everything from the portions to the quality made this place feel like a hidden gem. It’s also very family-friendly, which we loved. I was honestly surprised to see any negative reviews—our experience was fantastic from start to finish, and it’s hard to understand where those reviews are coming from.
We’ll absolutely be back and recommending it to everyone we know!“

“I have been to both locations (fort Collins and Loveland) and it is consistently a great spot to go easy with the family, or just my wife and me. I would say this is a modern take on Mexican. I usually go with the chicken nachos, carne asada tacos, chips and queso, with a tasty margarita. Both locations are great in that they put you in the center of the action in both downtown areas. My Wife swears by the spicy margarita!“
