“If you’re not paying attention you’ll pass this place up. It’s got a secret door entrance that takes you literally down to the Rabbit Hole. The decor was spot on for my expected experience. The drinks and food were even better! I had the apple pie martini, bison short ribs had great flavor (not too gamey) and the carrot cake was very moist. Overall great place!“

“After some initial confusion as we were here to visit another bar in the resort that showed public on Google but it all turned out for the better. The hostess was more than inviting to guide us to the public bar in the restaurant and we sat down to some quite spectacular views. Our Bartender Dennis was very accommodating and after a couple of drinks at the bar we finished up outside with views of Garden Of The Gods and Pikes Peak in the distance. Looking forward to my next visit already.“

“Wonderful experience at La Taverna - great service and food to match. Our waiter, Penwell, was attentive and welcoming as was the manager who stopped by our table to check in. We enjoyed two meals at La Taverne during our stay at the Broadmoor and both the service and food were consistently first class. Of special note, try the Manhattan if you're so inclined.“
