“We had THE BEST snowy Sunday treat today after Church. Sara was so sweet and patient with my 3 sons, husband, and I as we chose 16 different flavors of gelato to enjoy in the cozy caffé out of the elements. We were in no hurry to slosh back through the snow, so we studied ALL the menu options, planned future dates, gelato birthday cakes, and reward treats. Thanks Paciugo, we’ll be back soon!“

“Location was very busy last night, busiest I have ever seen it in years, so I was leery the food would be very good. It was amazing!! Absolutely delicious. First time I tried the shrimp and I have to say it was better than some of the shrimp I've had at Red Lobster. The burgers were grilled to perfection & cheesy. And don't even get me started on the cheese dip ... I am hungry just writing this 😊“

“The OREO MALLOW SANDWICH 🙌🏼 I have been coming here for a few years now I have been bad at wanting to taste one every week since we do live right next door at Kinston 🤭 its good for the most part some can be very sweet and some are just perfect I love their chocolate crusts they use and some of the skillets they always have been very nice and professional at drive thru !!!!😉“
“Good place for a quick snack, only thing I had an issue was, after I was done I was sitting at the table nearest the window you guys have a fire extinguisher on the wall right above the corner chair so after I got up the corner of the extinguisher hit my shoulder blade and still hurts this morning. I feel like this should be moved elsewhere that way your costumers don't accidentally get injured in the future it's easy to forget about when someone is ready to leave.“

“My fiance and I are constant regulars, and everytime we come we always get good ice cream and great customer service. The same people are usually working and they have always been very nice to us and tonight was no different. My dog unexpectedly passed away a night ago and its been really rough, but the generosity and kindness they showed me tonight meant more to me than they know :)“

“I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Great atmosphere. There was one cashier on 3/16 was very sweet and handled my situation very well when I missed an order in the drive through. I didn’t catch her name, she had black hair and a nose ring. She was very friendly and had great customer service. The restaurant was clean and definitely recommend!“

“This place is always so friendly to me as I have been a regular for atleast a year now. They are always so fast in getting the food out to you and keeping the place clean. Very nice staff and I’m excited to come back again for their consistent 5-Star Service!“
