“Amazing place. Staff is great, owner is such a nice guy and will accommodate pretty much any reasonable request and the desserts are amazing. Had them make a simple chocolate cake for my dad’s 75th birthday and it was easily the best chocolate cake we’ve ever had! The burgers, sandwiches, fish and chips and everything else is so good!“

“New spot in Monument Colorado. It's a little off the highway. Cannot really see the store. Once you do get to the store, there is not a line threw the drive thru which was nice. The food was fresh and tasted good. Out of all the whataburgers in Colorado so far this one will be my favorite.“

“Should have taken a pic of the food because food ____ is what we all wana C. But in n out always has our hearts and souls. Doesn’t get better, animal style, 3x3 with grilled onions (and cheese on every damn layer)please!!! 🙏 (so fresh so clean) last meal before heading to Texas! The obvious choice!!!

Parking: Very easy to park, most people go drive through at in n out, but I keep it classy and go on in the in n out.

“Smash Burger has a fairly unique take on burgers. They get squished flat and cooked well so that there is a chewiness to the outside while still being tender on the inside. Some might call that overcooked, but it works, especially in keeping the burgers from being too greasy (ahem, Five Guys). This location had a staffing issue that seems to be persistent according to our friends who frequent the place. The cashier was single-handedly managing orders, drinks, and delivering food, which was clearly a struggle for her, though she kept her poise through it. They needed at least one more person for that. Also, the food took about 20 minutes to get to our table, so there's something up with kitchen staffing as well. Other than that, the food was good and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Fix the staffing and the prep time and this place would be solidly 4 star.“

“I loved this place. Both in TX and in Colorado Springs. I see lots of complaints on here about them running out of some of the items, the long line and needing to get their stuff together. First of all, this is a new location. Maybe they needed to feel it out a bit to see how it went as far as guests. The line for in and out burger was 13 hours and to go there now, a year + later and you still wait an hour. In and outs fries are the absolute worst. Way back in the 70's whataburger came to Colorado. It had many locations and still got shut down because Burger King and McDonald's beat them. Maybe this is why they needed to see if it was accepted. I have been there for times now and I live in Aurora, Co and got happy when my son was coming from Pueblo just now and asked if I wanted one when he got to the Springs. Without hesitation I screamed yes then looking at the menu I saw all these reviews and was shocked by the bad ones. I am a native texan and last time I went at the beginning of 2020 to TX I went three times because I love it and I love it here too. Thank you for coming to Colorado Whataburger“

“If you bring their coupon they print from the back of the king soopers/safeway receipt make sure to do your math first! They offer an option for 20% off the entire check or one entree off when ordering two drinks and an entree. I was charged for 20% off for a discount of 7 dollars but if my waitress had used the other option of the free entree she could have saved me 10$ more! It was an easy choice that anyone could see was the better saving option. When I mentioned it to our server she blamed the other girl working and said she printed the receipt, not her. She did not apologize or offer to fix it. (Not name dropping you your welcome) I used to be a server and I'm not dumb. Raise the check average and your tip gets bigger. So I just took the difference from her tip instead so she lost out trying to hustle unaware customers. If you must know the protocol is to tip on the entirety of the bill before your coupon discount so you should be receiving the whole tip regardless, that way it's in your best interest to look out for the guests and give them the price they deserve. Perhaps ihop needs to give their servers a test in basic arithmetic before hiring. Which is a better savings? 7$ or $17? Whatch your checks at this location they are stealing the hard earned dollars out of the unaware customers pockets. Otherwise everything was average as you'd expect from an ihop.“

My daughter really likes the chicken fries and we have had some real bad experiences at other Burger Kings lately. This one is always good. Low Atmosphere score because it's take out only, No place to sit and eat.“
