“Tucked away in the village center at Telluride, Boracho's is worth finding for lunch on a ski day, or a casual dinner when you want good food without spending a fortune. The pulled pork sliders and the empanadas were great, and the tater tots were perfectly crisped to make you want more and note. The owner runs the show tamed with the Poacher's Pub bar, where they have a nice selection of draught beers.“

The Pick American • $
565 Mountain Village Blvd #101, Mountain Village

“Listen - the only thing you really need to know about this place is that it's only $8 for a breakfast burrito that will keep you skiing til 2pm. Or, share it with a friend and save that $4/each for a shot of fireball when you need to warm up on the mountain. Pick is essentially Telluride Ski Resort's version of Chipotle. Pick a meat (or not), choose your fillings, and wrap that all up with a burrito. You'll be in and out within 5-10 minutes and both your wallet and your tummy will thank you. It would be great if they opened a bit earlier than 8am, but aside from that, this was a great bang for your buck brekkie or lunch option. Next time I can't get enough pow but I know I need lunch, I would definitely go back and order a burrito or bowl to get me back on the mountain faster than I could even get my order in at Tracks!“

“At an altitude of over 10,000 feet and an easy gondola ride from either Mountain Village or Telluride, it's a great way to be ready for a wonderful meal. Very professional service in all aspects. Don't let the $109 per person cost scare you. It's great value for the service, view and food.“

“Wait staff was great…thank you Julia! We ordered all shareables for 3 of us. Crispy brussels, kushiyaki prawns, wagyu tartare, spicy cauliflower and lamb lollipops. Julia served each item with plenty of time in between so we could enjoy and savor the experience. Thank you and we’ll be back! Julie and Robin Marsh and Lynsey Marsh Bonebrake“

“The absolute BEST in Telluride. First, the waitstaff is excellent and work as a team to ensure a seamless service experience. Our waiter, Keenan, was incredible. He knew all of the dishes and made outstanding recommendations. Further, he knew wine pairings and even described each cocktail in detail. He knew what spirits were behind the bar from memory (an extensive list). He was truly one of the best waiters we have had hands down. The food... Fresh, fulfilling, creative, and delicious. The specials were unique and outstanding. The chicken was moist and flavorful and is exactly how chicken should be prepared. The quality was outstanding. The appetizers were fresh and delicious. We had the prawns, Focaccia, the hummus, and the carrot and butternut squash. Perfectly spiced. I will be back to try the pastas as they looked amazing. The ambiance was perfect. Very clean and well appointed with furnishings and lighting that fit the spirit of the building itself (a historical treasure). Details like silver under the sparkling water bottle and your martini is something you would expect from only fine dining. They do it as a matter of course. Finally, one of the owners was on the floor ensuring everything ran smoothly. I am always impressed when I see total engagement by the proprietors. The care she demonstrated obviously transcends into every aspect of the restaurant.I have dined all over the world and can say without a doubt, The National is a true Gem.“

“Probably the most affordable place to get dinner and a few drinks in Telluride. Their happy hour well drinks were solid, we had two each, a burger, Mac n cheese bites and a slider for under $60 (or somewhere around there). The burger and fries were mediocre but for the price I'm not complaining. It's a cute spot and the atmosphere was fun.“

“Amazing and beautiful building, and some of the best beers we had on our week long trip through the mountains! The honey ginger beer is a must-try! Food was great classic brewery food, we had the chicken sandwich and the corn beef sandwich with fries. Staff were so nice and efficient and collaborative! Felt like a fine dining experience because we had 3 wonderful people helping us out throughout the evening. We also took some beer home to enjoy!Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible. There are stairs out front to get inside.“
