“This is the second time I've been here and both times I was so impressed with the attentiveness of the staff and how willing they are to take the time to get you a cocktail that's perfect. There are lots to choose from, so they're happy to guide you and they'll also ask what you like and cheerfully recommend something from a past menu if it seems like a fit. The food is also outstanding. Both times I've gotten the ciabatta and I craved it for days after. Last night we also got the deviled eggs (so creamy!), scallops, and latkes, all delicious. The speakeasy aspect is cute the first time but since we got there when it opened this time it was kind of silly because everyone was crowded into the tiny room up front and had to move back every time they opened the door. Once you're in, though, everything is cozy and charming and lovely. Afterwards, we went to the Occidental next door and the staff was equally delightful. I haven't experienced such cheerful and helpful waitstaff probably ever.“

“Improper City is one of the few places that actually have a non alcoholic on tap along with local non alcoholic beers. Great place to enjoy the nice weather as one of best patios in Rino.“

“Just spent the evening here and the bartenders and service were amazing The doorman was a pleasure. Once we got in the team greater us and were attentive and kind the whole night. “This historic original Coors tap house is one of the greatest bars and restaurants in Denver, tucked away in the very hip Highlands neighborhood. The amazing bartenders and staff offer great service that perfectly complements the delicious and tasty food. The menu is absolutely mouth-watering, from the house-made pork rinds and tavern tots to the delicious pastrami. My personal favorite, though, has to be the green chili stew.“

“There are some really good Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurants in Denver: Glo, Ginger Pig, Mister Oso... Hop Alley didn't live up to the hype for me. Everything was good, but not great. The service was fine, and I appreciated the food coming out quickly, but the pace felt rushed. The cocktails were weird twists on bar classics, and we've had better Chinese food elsewhere in Denver. Overall, really glad we tried it, but we'll be sticking to our preferred staples in RiNo.“

“The tour was amazing. Our tour guide was very patient and knowledgeable. The whiskey we tried was palatable and unique. Your bar staff is inattentive, easily distracted, and forgot what drinks we ordered twice. And I had difficulties with my tour date despite emailing and calling. Someone needs customer service bootcamp“

“My boyfriend and I came here because we had a Groupon for a flight, cocktail, and distillery tour. It was awesome! The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. After the tour we also got the maple bacon old fashioned which was different but equally delicious. Everything on the menu looked great and while we didn't try any of the food offerings, we will definitely be back. The bar was an intimate setting and the pinball machines were great. We live in Aurora but we can't wait to come back as this place is definitely worth the drive for us!“

This place is quite hidden, but it adds to the charm! Best to park in a parking lot and walk!“

“Best hotel I ever stayed in. No lying. Went during Halloween and paid $258 per night. A bit pricey but the location and amenities made up for it.

Upon check in they give you a free draft beer/rosé.
The hotel is baseball theme and has a bunch of food spots surrounding it. Hot tub has a nice view. And they served free ice cream at 4 pm with a musician playing music. Definitely will visit again if I am ever in town“

PonPon is hands down Denver's coolest bar, and it's not simply surface: yes, the atmosphere is exceedingly cool, but it's also extremely playful, and if you feel intimidated by the atmosphere, the incredibly warm bar staff will help you feel at ease. This is truly a sophisticated spot posing as a dive bar - you can get a glass of Txlakolina as readily as you might get a $4 Gennessee, or the best Japanese whisky cocktail as easily as a Mexican Coke or a glass of Four Roses from the 1970s salvaged from an estate sale. There's something here for everyone, from the eclectic decor to the art gallery in back. This is a must visit spot if you like cozy watering holes with kick-a music and awesome service.“

“We used to own a coffee shop and sold it in March. This is the first coffee I have found since then that I can say was AMAZING. Very smooth and made perfectly. Highly recommend!“

“Ummm, this was some of the most lovely surprises I’ve had in a while. We were just strolling by when we heard the most glorious voice (turned out to be the owner) bellowing out the open windows letting us know they had brunch cocktails to go. So, while waiting for our table next door we popped inside for a quick drink. Well, we were there a total of maybe 9 mins, but in those 9 minutes we lived a FULL life.

I had one of the best bloody Mary’s I’ve had in ages (dill-forward in the BEST way 🤤), blew bubbles (🤷‍♂️), voted for which of three non-profits I wanted to receive their quarterly donation (😍), and drank a mimosa from a champagne bong (👯🎉).

Fun was had. Drinks were delicious. Cackles were cackled. This was one of those magical moments with friends that are impossible to curate...you just have to put yourself out there and hope you stumble upon a gem like this.

I’ve been to a few pop up events at The Blind Tiger and the vibe is just unmatched. First of all the people who work there are the kindest like actually make you want to stay forever kind. The lighting the energy the ambiance the location the people everything is just right and the energy in the room feels like everyone’s in on the same secret. I came for a cocktail launch and ended up staying for hours because how could you not.

And yes they have non alcoholic drinks and yes they’re actually good so if you’re not drinking you’re still in for something fun and intentional!
