The bartender, Dave, is a figure in the local whisky business industry and has an encyclopedic knowledge of all 638+ bottles of whiskey in his collection. Where to begin?! This place is a fkn Denver INSTITUTION. It's so much more than the INSANE whiskey selection. It's impeccable service combined with unpretentiously delivered whiskey knowledge in the chillest spot. Dave has curated a seriously ridic whiskey list over the last 15 years.
