“Drove thru is super slow. I was four cars in and it took 18 minutes to get to the window to pay and to get our food. The time was 3:30 so it was not a rush hour time frame. Food was good though. Wish they had different dipping sauces… but that’s why they are different.“

I frequent this location the most, but I've never been disappointed at all at any. Everything about the food is fantastic! It's actually going to be the food I cater at my wedding, it's just damn good chicken.“

“I’m not sure who I spoke with over the phone about the issue I had with my Uber order on 9/15, I think it could have been the manager, but he was so amazing about the whole thing. It turns out they stole our food lol it was a whole ordeal. Anyway the guy was very helpful and I stayed in contact with him the entire time through the reordering process. He double checked our food, made sure we had everything we needed and was just so pleasant to deal with. 10/10 customer service 10/10 for the food. Wish I could have gotten his name to give him a shout out!“

“The fried chicken is amazing, make sure you get biscuits, and the chili mac and cheese. One dessert is enough for a table of two, maybe three. They have mocktails but they're pretty pricey for drinks that have no alcohol in them. Service was great.“

“I have been to birdcall a few times, reluctantly, until I tried the nashville hot tenders. Bomb! Ate them twice in the last week. The 5 piece is substantial, and the 7 piece is almost too much. These tenders bring the heat if you like it spicy!“

“About a month ago, I was returning from paddle boarding with my wife and our 4yo and 2yo daughters. It started raining fairly hard and traffic got insanely backed up on i225 when my oldest daughter suddenly had to use the bathroom very urgently to a point where she was crying from holding it in. The first fast food place (or any place really) we came upon was this Chik-fil-a. After getting her out of her car seat, I began frantically running towards the door with my daughter in my arms all while she was balling her eyes out. As we approached the store, an employee somehow noticed our distress from inside and was kind enough to open the door so we could keep running towards the bathroom. Upon reaching the restroom, I suddenly felt my stomach drop and almost erupted into a panic when I noticed keypad locks on the bathroom doors. Before I could frantically turn around and seek help, that same employee who originally opened the door for us was right there already punching in the bathroom code for us while saying, “I got you. Don’t sweat it.”

I never got his name but that young man was truly a gentleman and a scholar. Hands down, he saved that day for us. He didn’t have to open the outside door for us nor did he have to recognize my arms were preoccupied with my wailing daughter and input the bathroom code for us rather than simply tell me when the code was……but he did. Thank you to him. Your small gesture of kindness might not have been a big deal to you but it definitely was for me and my family. That day, you were our hero. Thank you!“

“Food was good. Standard fare chick-fil-A. Some of the workers can get a bit snippy or will exaggerate the hell out of the fake "Welcome to Costco, I love you" attitude every CFA worker is drilled to have. Havent ate inside more than a few times but those few times were okay. Place was a bit dirty both times. Standard fare.“

“Husband and I went to pick up breakfast, we placed separate orders on the app with 3 minutes to spare. It was packed to the brim, everywhere. Waited 6 mins in the car, then we headed inside for pickup. Lots of people were gathered around the pickup counter. We waited patiently and got our food within 5 mins. Food was delicious as usual, we loved our chicken biscuits, hash browns, and lemonade.
All-in-all, great experience at CFA this morning! I want to commend Scott and his team. Thank you for the consistent quality in food and service. It was a very busy morning inside and in the drive through. This had the potential of being a longer and more annoying morning, I was pleasantly surprised! “The only complaint I have is that they read my order back to many times. At the speaker works well, but when you give a name for your order, it seems mundane to repeat the entire order again at the pickup window. Also, on many occasions, I have ordered unsweetened tea and gotten home with sweet tea. That's big because I don't drink sweet tea, so I have to throw it out.“

“The moment I came inside I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting by the cashier which I dont get often from fast food restaraunts. The tables were all clean the food there was immaculate and may I say very fresh. The 8 piece darkmeat deal on Tuesdays is an absolute steal! I had a very good time there and props to the manager Jessica for showing me a better deal that saved me money on my 8 piece meal as well as well as the rest of the crew for getting my meal out in a timely manner during what looked like rush hour. A gentleman with blue/green hair I believe his name was Forest had checked in on how our food and experience was at our table and even walked to our table to give us a few extra wares. “I really like to come here with my son after his school. It's a family friendly atmosphere and the staffs are super nice. Especially Kayla has been always very kind and helpful to us. She helped my son several times on ordering the food and always listened to us if there is any concern. The staffs and their services made us a regular customer to this place.“
