In all that time, I’ve never had a disappointing experience, especially when Juan’s the one who’s taking my order! He’s always been super friendly, fast, efficient, and nothing less. “I specifically am leaving this review for Matthew, going through the drive through the other night, he went above and beyond to make sure we had quality chicken tenders instead of the last ones that didn't look great. I was suprised when I asked him if he was a manager that he wasn't, because his customer service skills were a notch above anyone I've ever worked with at this specific Arby's location. This man should be the store manager and everyone else at this location could learn a thing or 2 about how to treat customers from him. Great stuff, promote him, or at the very least give him a raise.“

“I had ordered a fairly large meal for my family on Easter. It was a last minute emergency change and, being someone who had worked in food previously, I was hesitant on submitting the order considering how massive it was. But, I ordered it and let me tell you when I went inside, the employees were so kind. They had the food all nicely packed, in the freezers, and all had smiles on their faces. They definitely made me feel less bad about the gigantic order I had to give them on Eater. Plus, the food was delicious and was literally everything we ordered. Plus, they made sure to not put cheese on my mom’s burger as she has a deathly allergy. Many other fast food places smile right past that and put cheese on it. I will definitely keep going to that Freddy’s (but won’t ever try to put in that big of an order again)“

I love soft serve ice cream and have frequented this Dairy Queen alot in the last few months. They are always busy!! Still quite impressed, I order here every weekend. El Diablo and some jalapeno poppers. Or occasionally the 5 piece tenders...Still so glad whoever bought this out a few years ago turned It around. Have minimal bad experiences, always delicious! Always happy to have the confidence knowing my order 4.5/5 times is made correct and well! Unlike years prior. Love the El Diablo!

Heck this place is doing quite well lately. I have not had a bad experience I stop by at least once a week now. The management to me has improved the entire business compared to a few years back.
Nice place, decent customer service, plenty good for a fast food.place especially compared to how it was before; sincerely read below from 3+ years ago.

And that's disgusting Sean, no one wants lettuce and tomato on a burger with BBQ sauce etc. 🤮

My thing with any sandwich is the bread. The bread was Italian hoagie style - soft and dense. I didn't mind that it wasn't crunchy, my preference, but because the contents of the sandwich were soft and mushy, it made the whole thing lack texture.

The sandwich itself lacked enough turkey. It was either chopped up too much or the quantity was minimal. The stuffing and cranberry were tasty though and probably overpowered the turkey. The coleslaw was milky and good and the side salad was generous. No bleu cheese was offered so I had it with their gorgonzola and it was good.“

“This particular location has gotten WORLDS better since the previous curmudgeon of a manager is no longer there. Morning staff is great, afternoon/evening staff has an incredibly difficult time understanding English while taking drive-thru orders.

The service has vastly improved, HOWEVER, there is one employee that has a consistent habit of asking if customers want their change (ie. Total is $2.18. You hand over $3 cash, upon taking said cash he always asks if you want change). If customers didn’t want change - it would occur to me that the customers would advise as such upon tendering funds.“
