“The manager Joseph is fantastic. I have been to this location for many years and every interaction with this man has been great. Every issue I have he has fixed and gone above and beyond. I am still a customer and the sole reason is the work this man does. Pay him more or something.“

“Edit: they finally got back to me, and refunded all the charges. Very pleasant, and apologetic. I will be very careful when using the app, from now on.
I will start by saying that this review is not for the location, but for the management company that runs it. I placed an order through the app, and I got an error several times that said "something went wrong please try again". So, of course I tried again, five times. Right after my last attempt finally went through, I got five confirmation emails for five separate orders. I immediately went inside to see if they could cancel four of the orders. The shift manager, who was very nice by the way, said there was nothing they could do in the store and tried to contact his management company. They didn't answer nor get back to him in a timely fashion so he gave me their number so that I could call them myself. I tried to call, as they were supposed to still be open. All I got was an answering service. I tried for the next week to get someone to answer the phone. I realize it was a holiday, but the manager told me they were open the first day called, and I called for an entire week. I also left at least two messages. On the 6th day of trying to get a hold of someone on the phone, I finally got a human being. She also said she couldn't do anything about it and would give the message to someone who would call me the next day. Well, surprise, surprise no one ever called me back. It wouldn't be such a big deal but it was almost $60 worth of food that I paid for, and didn't get because it was ordered through an error on the app. I guess, at this point I have no choice but to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company. This is really frustrating because all they had to do was refund the charges, or let their employees cancel the orders.“

“The last time I went to Freddy's (not this location), the wait was long and the food was overcooked. This time, I placed the order online and the food was ready before I arrived at the restaurant. They did mix up my mother's and sister's burgers and toppings, but they seemed to laugh it off, so okay. My food was surprisingly good, the bun was still crispy after arriving home and everything was tasty.
I will say that the chili dogs need more chili, as I had to take from my chili-cheese fries, because my dog was a little dry. Maybe put the chili on the side if you want to keep the buns crispy, idk. What I do know is that Freddy's has now replaced Sonic as my go-to for chili-cheese dogs, as my last visit to Sonic was a soggy mess.“

“Usually choose to dine at a Carl’s Jr based off the service and quality of food and this location is always consistent in delivering both. You can usually tell if there’s proper management based off the employees moods/attitudes and the guy that most recently took/served my order, Zach, was awesome. Friendly, great work ethic and always seems to be putting in his best effort“

“The food is good. I appreciate that they have a gluten-free bun option. It's not the fastest. I usually have to wait, but at least they're consistent, and food is usually hot and fresh.

“def 5 stars because it's a fkn KFC AND A&W at the same place... fried chicken and the best root beer floats ever. that's all that should need to be said.
and yes, I mean the best. ever. idk of anywhere else that even sells them like that (there might be but I don't think so..) not to mention they MAKE their root beer.. so they're literally made there, from scratch. fkn DANK AF plz open more locations because as far as I know the only place that has the 2 combined like this is falcon.“

“I’ve been going to Sonic for nine years and I attribute the changes to Savannah’s shift manager as well as her sister Aspen a shift manager. They have really changed customer service, efficiency, and they really care. This is my favorite place. Thanks for making me feel good by continuing to get better. We all appreciate you.!“

“ted braun, your a liar we were there the day you were , people make mistakes and maybe just maybe liz made a mistake but doubtful , i go eat there 10 times more than you do and have witnessed your rude better than you attitude towards the wait staff and others in the community , you act like a spoiled little boy but as for this occasion you are a liar and was witnessed by 4 people , buy the way i paid her the tip that you left her nothing , that she well deserved after you ran her ragged and then didnt leave her a tip.“
