Cole is a great bartender and never disappoints. The vibes are always friendly and down to earth at Papa Joe’s. And they have karaoke on Wednesday nights. All in all, I love Papa Joe’s and truly see them as a hidden gem of Pueblo West.”

“Just moved from in town to Pueblo West. This is the best place for Mexican food we’ve tried. It isn’t a fancy place, but the food is amazing. Portions are large, so you get more than your money’s worth. The green chili burrito, chicken burrito and quesabirrias were fabulous. We will definitely be back.”

“Such a huge fan of Adolfo's. The first time I tried it years ago, I had a chicken burrito. Big mistake. Now I come for the California burritos and their breakfast burritos. Super friendly service, accommodating, affordable, delicious, and HUGE portions. I've never been adventurous enough to try their combo plates, but they always look delicious, and there's always a line. Will continue to recommend.”
