“We had the cali burrito, chimichanga, and chicken tacos. Plus chips and salsa (it’s def spicy) all very delicious and fresh! Guy at the front was excellent and patient. 10/10 definitely WILL come back!

“I live up north of Ft Collins and when I come to Pueblo I absolutely have to stop at Adolfo's! This is hands down my favorite Mexican fast food restaurant!!! Everything we try here is fire! My go to is the carne asada burrito and street tacos! Do yourself a favor and make this a stop on your list!“
