It's hard to find a bad slopper in Pueblo, and there is nothing wrong with the one at AJ's. The green chili was quite good. The Philly cheesesteak was just okay, but that's because it was ordered with turkey instead of beef.

This place is a hidden gem. Not only do they have one of the few outdoor, covered dining patios in Pueblo, but the location offers a unique view. You can see most of the City of Pueblo, as well as Pike's Peak and the Wet Mountains. Service was excellent and cheerful. We split a roast beef goat hiller with a side of onion rings and draft beer. I had not been there for quite a while. The Goat Hiller was still top notch. Katelyn was a very good server. Way more attentive than previous experiences over the years. They have also expanded their tap beer selections. Overall a very nice experience.
