Soft serve is icy and not creamy at all. I know most of the country doesn't have good soft-serve and most people have no idea what it's supposed to be like (thinks there's a difference between soft-serve and frozen yogurt), but if you're used to good soft-serve this will be disappointing. The rest of the food is good though, and the staff is great.
