We were passing through Poncha Springs on vacation and stopped at the flamingo food trailer. We had cranberry, orange muffins, blueberry muffins, the quinoa bowl, the biscuits and gravy bites, cold brew coffee and ice tea! Everything was excellent! The service was great, the people extremely friendly, and the food was delicious! If ever again, we are passing through Poncha Springs, this would be the first place we would stop for breakfast!
I can't stop thinking about the breakfast burrito I had here this morning! It was the best burrito I've ever had! :) I will definitely be back the next time I'm cruising through the area! Thanks for breakfast FlaminGo!!!!

Wow - I know my coffee but was so pleasantly surprised by how perfect & delicious this cup was! The sausage roll in puff pastry was excellent with some fantastic sausage too. Highly recommend- don’t miss this local treat- every sip and bite was heavenly!
