“Out to late breakfast with Barbara! We met the most adorable couple! 60 years still in love with each other!!! Breakfast at Mojo’s eatery was orgasmicly delicious. My vegetarian omelet was cooked to perfection. Barbara's French toast looked like a work of art. We each got a mountain of yummy bacon. The art in the bathroom itself is worth the trip.“
“Fast friendly service and absolutely delicious food. I got a verde chicken burrito and it was perfect. Even with the mild salsa the burrito still had a little bit of kick which I appreciate.Burrito is a bit on the smaller side. But it was so good I didn’t really care. I will definitely come back here.“
“Not a fan of ordering at the counter, but I ordered the Santa Fe Benedict, and it was a masterpiece. Starting with the presentation. Wow! It looked fantastic, and man, was it. The English muffin was a nice size and well toasted. The eggs were poached to perfection with a deep orange runny yolk and firm whites. The chorizo patties had great flavor with a hint of heat, the hollandaise was smooth, creamy and had a bite of lemon. They topped it off with a delicious ladle of green chili and oh man was it good. Then the icing on the cake was the hash browns. Those things were cooked to perfection, and it's the hash browns that put this dish over the top and compelled me to right this review. They were obviously spread out on the flat top and browned to perfection to maximize the crunch. Don't think I've ever had hash browns, from a restaurant that were cooked so good. Big kudos to the kitchen staff and thank you to the wait staff for getting me in and out without missing a beat on the coffee refills. Can't wait to go back.“
“EDIT: The owner responded to my review and I thank him / her. I in no way meant to disparage anybody by using the term bar flies. What I meant to say was that the half dozen people actually sitting at the bar received hardly any service from the bartender, because that's your system and he was working for the whole room. And that was the first for me._----_-----I love breweries. The beer here is fine and so is the facility. The service is confusing to non-existent. They actually have the bar flies trained to get up from their bar stool and go to the "ordering place" (15 feet away, down the bar) to order and pay for food, then go outside to the food truck to pick up the food, then back inside to the other end of the bar to find the fixings and napkins. I could not find a napkin nor would the bartender give me one until it was time to pay my bill and my greasy cheese steak hands just couldn't function. I know breweries have to do creative solutions with food and service but this is over the top. When it came time to pay I had to choose the "custom tip" option to tip lower than the suggested 15 to 25%.“
“We stopped by today on our way to the Springs. We live 4.5 hours away. I am so glad we did. I am a coffee fanatic and stop at only “mom & pop” shops. I do not drink Starbucks anymore. This was one of the BEST lattes I have ever had. I only drink vanilla lattes. I asked for it to be extra hot and an extra pump of vanilla. It was PERFECT!! We will definitely be back.“
“Moonlight Pizza and Brewery in Salida is an absolute gem that I never miss when passing through town. Their home-brewed pops, especially the root beer and vanilla cream soda, are simply amazing. Pairing them with their incredible food is a match made in heaven. I'm particularly fond of their lunch special from 11-3, which offers a big slice of pizza paired with a pop or beer – it's unbeatable in terms of value and taste. Whether you're craving delicious pizza or refreshing homemade pops, Moonlight Pizza and Brewery is the place to be. Don't miss out on this fantastic dining experience while visiting Salida.“
“We eat at the Boathouse every time we visit Salida, which is quite often. Every meal we have had has consistently top notch. Seriously, the salad dressings and dips are all made in-house, the drinks are yummy and no matter what meal we order , we've never been let down. Great service as well. My personal favorites are the dumplings and al pastor ? s“
“Food was good but not great... Service was great! Luckily we got there early enough to eat before the live music started because once it started, we left as fast as we could. The atmosphere was good without the music. We'll go back again for sure.“
“Very quaint coffee spot that serves warm pastries & sandwiches. Very sweet staff, good coffee, and relaxing atmosphere in the heart of downtown. The salty dog mocha latte will change your life. When we visited, we went daily (and will happily be back). Also of note - super cute t shirts and water bottles ?“
“Great locally produced food. Burger and hand cut fries were awesome ?. Hands down best burger in Salida and the Upper Arkansas Valley. Eric is extremely friendly and proud of his local eatery, and a Mega Widespread Panic fan. He was extremely busy on the Saturday we experienced his food, but he took the time to chat with us on his pet friendly patio dining area. Simple but quality tasting food. We'll be back... Recommend!“
