Absolutely delicious!! The staff is incredibly friendly. I would gatekeep but I want them to be a permanent spot in Salida!
Food was delicious! Great noodles.
the chicken satay was great and the Tiger Tear salad took me back to Vietnam and my favorite bo luc lac. This little place on lower F Street has always had charm and still does!

Siam Noodles Salida offers a fantastic and amazing dining experience with excellent food. The staff is wonderful, very friendly, attentive, welcoming, kind, patient, and fun, making celebrations extra special. The food is absolutely delicious and the best, with huge, filling portions. Dishes are a work of art with beautiful presentation, including fresh orchids, and are full of many flavors.
Specific excellent meals include the absolutely best ramen ever, such as the pork ramen and vegetable ramen. The spicy edamame is fantastic. The Udon noodles with chicken are the best ever. The lemongrass chicken is perfect. The tofu yaki soba is so delicious that it is hard to put down. There are many great vegetarian options, including the pineapple fried rice and vegetable ramen. While service can be slow when busy, it is still 100% worth it for the fantastic meal. Local customers highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
