We love Tacos Rioverde and often make the 2 hour roundtrip drive to eat there. The chicken tacos are my favorite. Always friendly service and the freshest ingredients. If I lived in Salida, I would be eating here every day!

Tacos Rioverde is a food truck that serves delicious food and is well worth the price. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the service is fast for homemade food. The tacos, including chicken tacos, steak tacos, shrimp tacos, street Tacos, Carne Asada tacos, and Birria tacos, are cooked to perfection and spiced just right. The quesabirria is amazing and the best ever had. The three tacos for $12 is a great deal, and there are several clean picnic tables to enjoy your meal at. The salsa is good. The Asada nachos are ok. Tacos Rioverde is a must and a place to come back to as many times as possible.
