“Excellent newer restaurant! As residents of Chaffee County, I am embarrassed that it took us this long to try out Mexico Grill Tradicional. We ate here last night and loved it. The street tacos were great, rellenos were too. Margaritas tasted fresh and were very affordable. We will be back and take some of our photos soon!Kid-friendliness: Clean, open and bright dining area.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't check closely, but I think so.“
“While working out of town, I stopped by this little food truck and it didn't disappoint for sure! I ordered the Asada fries and they were very good! They did have a little shaded sitting area which was a plus. It was pretty busy so I'm sure they have a lot of repeat customers.“
“This restaurant is an absolute gem. We are looking forward to having their creamy, well balanced tamales--best in the west! Very clean place; excellent service; fair prices--with exceptional food. Few people, with a discerning palate, want more when going out to eat a good meal in a comfortable, colorful environmen--right!?“
“Walking into Taco El Tapatío transports you into the heart of old downtown Guadalajara. The authenticity cannot be overstated, except to say, it was super autentica. I would describe the food as “Mex-Mex,” and it greatly trumps what I’ve heard referred to as “Tex-Mex.” If you’re looking for a spot that says, “hey, you elder millennials, welcome to Mexican that reminds you of your childhood,” and yet also says “the food is good,” you will be very happy with your elección.“

“We eat at the Boathouse every time we visit Salida, which is quite often. Every meal we have had has consistently top notch. Seriously, the salad dressings and dips are all made in-house, the drinks are yummy and no matter what meal we order , we've never been let down. Great service as well. My personal favorites are the dumplings and al pastor ? s“
“Any time that I come to Salida for a doctor's appointment I look forward to stopping by Mo Burritos. I ordered the chicken bowl with Cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, sautéed veggies, cheese, corn, light lettuce, olives, onions, cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream. I could barely eat a 1/4th of a bowl and it was delicious. They always have outstanding customer service and their sweet tea is so good. We will be back.“
“Totally want to come back and try this place! First, that's my name, and the food looks amazing. Also, right across the street from the best sign in colorado "elevation beer co" I read the sign as " elevation beer... colorado" I will be back to stop in and give a proper review of the place.“
“Festively-themed Mexican restaurant on the main drag by Salida. Beer, wine, and some cocktails served. Cash or credit card payments. English & Spanish spoken.Servers are prompt and friendly. Free salsa and chips before the meal. Salsa is basic but tasty - not too spicy and unfortunately they don't have a more spicy option.Loco Burrito is just that - insane. Literally includes all the different meat options in one burrito. Comes smothered in a melted jack cheese sauce and is massive! Street tacos are good. Lengua is tender. Al pastor has a good pineapple flavor. Carnitas is tender. Served with onions and cilantro. Only downside is you can't mix and match except on Tuesdays unless you order single, a la carte tacos (instead of the three-taco combo).Definitely recommended if you're in the area!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are certainly in the minority here but might be available.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible. Booths as well as table seating.“
