“Three Dogs Tavern is the dive bar I always wanted in my neighborhood. It's well maintained, has billiards and other games, good wings, great fries, quick service, and a packed house for NFL games. It's in a walkable area (street parking). Never had problems with staff, unruly guests, drinks or food. A solid place that can easily feel like home for us rural folk living the city life.“

I was sat on the outer part of the restaurant, which was lovely and open and bright (perfect for me to read while I ate). “We were staying in the Patterson Inn which this is a part of. We only made it in one night during our stay but had a great time! Sat at the bar chatting with the owner Chris, who is a “character” (IFYKYK 🤣). It got pretty packed in there. It has a quaint neighborhood tavern vibe. Everyone chatted together. He has some interesting cocktails and we were excited to try a few. I ordered the Caphill Carrot and my mom ordered the Michigan Cherry. They didn’t disappoint!!! I wish we had time to try a few more during our stay. I think he has some other interesting plans in the works to add to the experience! Can’t wait to go back on my next trip to Denver!“

“Out of state visitor. Was in the area and ended up here to unwind and play pool. Very laidback dive, just what I love in a bar. Elsie took great care of us. Friends and I played several rounds of pool unbothered and had great cheap drinks in the meantime. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chill, old school pool hall.“

“this bar was amazing! all of the staff were friendly, the djs played great music, but i have to brag on your security guard. I didn't catch his name but he made being in a bar alone as a woman feel safe. He watched my drink for me when I had to take care of a friend, he made sure I made it to the Uber safely, he even made a guy leave that was making my friend and I uncomfortable. He went above and beyond what his job was. Every time I go to Denver, i will stop by. thank you, sir, whatever your name is.“

“I came to Livingston for a quiet little getaway. My husband Rod and I came to see the BEAUTIFUL Yellowstone!! THEN we stumbled upon the Fainting Goat Pub and I met Alex and her margaritas. Now I’m literally googling how to fake my own death in Tulsa so I can live here forever. They are that good. And the Shepards pie… DROOL!!! I would fight a grizzly bear for another round. “Enjoyed the food and drinks, played a couple games of shuffle board until the bartender “kindly” came up and accused my spouse of “staring” at women at the bar when he was watching the sports game on tv behind their head. The women and bartender then became extremely hostile and rude as we were trying to figure out what the problem was kind you this was 2 pm on a Saturday….one of the weirdest most uncomfortable situations I’ve ever experienced and won’t be back“
