Sage Restaurant & Bar at the Snowmass Club

Had dinner at Sage last night and found it be an overall good experience. Servers were responsive and friendly and the 4 entrees we tried were well prepared with a very nice presentation, albeit unsurprisingly expensive, considering the restaurant is located in the Snowmass Club. We visited over Winter Break and tried Sage right after Christmas, as a family of five. We were all impressed and highly recommend visiting Sage...a great 4 star experience. Food was very good and service (Gray was our waiter) was excellent! Our favorite dishes were: Wedge Salad, Crab Cakes, Ahi Tuna Tacos, Short Ribs, and their ice cream and churros were fantastic! Atmosphere and ambiance were great...beautiful views and worth a visit!

After reading previous reviews about Thanksgiving dinner a year ago, I was apprehensive about going there this year. I was pleasantly surprised that the holiday buffet was exceptional and the atmosphere was extremely inviting. This reviewer would not give a 5 star rating unless the service matched the ambience and food quality. The selection was a little limited but there was plenty of variety to go around.
