Great seasonal menu, lovely staff, it's my preferred dining in Snowmass!
We were seated at a nice table along the flower filled railing-we thought. The atmosphere was really weird, just a few tables had customers, and all we could hear were screaming kids at the pool. I saw nice stereo speakers around, maybe some music would have tempered the pool noise, but no music was playing. It was really unpleasant so we each had a drink then left without ordering food.
Four of us went to The Artisan for happy hour. For Aspen/Snowmass the prices were very reasonable and the food and drinks were great. Lovely atmosphere and the service was excellent. Highly recommend the elk sliders!
The Artisan in Aspen/Snowmass offers great food and drinks at reasonable prices. The elk sliders come highly recommended. Diners also enjoyed the scallop appetizer, spinach and goat cheese salad, truffle fries, grouper, and chicken pesto pasta. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere lovely. Reservations can be hard to get, but it's worth the wait.
