We had a family brunch here this morning and we'll definitely be back!! Ned was our server- he was amazing!! Very friendly and gave us a genuine experience. Food was outstanding and fresh!! A lovely restaurant with great decor and embiance.

We’ve missed Wienerstube since their building was torn down in Aspen to make way for the museum. So glad to find them again in such a great location in Basalt. Great food, friendly staff, highly recommend!

Vegetarian options like cheese spaetzle are available. The generous portions and authentic Bavarian cuisine make it a favorite spot. This Austrian inspired hideaway is a hidden gem in Snowmass that you do not want to miss. From the pretzel to the Jager Schnitzel, brats, and the standout pork shank, the food is outstanding. The place is really nice with a full bar and bathroom on premises. It is a special place with the best food in Snowmass Village.
