“I've been here twice and both times were so good! I got an espresso boba the first day and a strawberry green tea with green apple boba. My son had a waffle on a stick and loved it. I took my husband a cookie and he couldn't stop talking about it. So in general.. stop by and pick anything up, it's all amazing.“

“I don’t drink caffeine so I am always looking for unique and actually tasty warm caffeine-free drinks. Their drink called ‘warm hug’ is amazing! Plus the staff is so friendly and welcoming!“

“The appetizers and dinners were excellent. Desserts were a disappointment: one was mostly whip cream and another had too much marshmallow, not what we were expecting based on the menu. Our waitress was probably new; she hovered initially and knew nothing about the wines nor offered anyone who did. Later, she ignored us for several extended periods (30+ minutes each time, until we requested her assistance) when we needed her attention although we had a restless toddler with us. She needed significant guidance. I've been at this restaurant before and had a much better experience, this most recent one was very mixed and rather disappointing. I did appreciate that there was no loud music making conversation difficult.“

“I’m not sure why this place has such bad reviews, because our experience was amazing. It is inside of a hotel, but the atmosphere is very nice. We sat outside and had a great view of Thunderhead Trail and the lifts. The chai latte was out of this world good. They seem to use authentic masala chai that you don’t see in most coffee shops. My husband and I split the avocado toast with egg. It came with a small salad and I’m already thinking about ordering it again to have it all to myself. Our son got the kids breakfast tacos, which were a huge portion that will last him another meal.“

“A couple of years ago, I had an experience at the Starbucks in City Market, Steamboat, that I’ve been meaning to share. It was around 8:00 PM, right when they were closing, and I stopped in for a coffee before starting my 5 ½-hour drive. The man working there was incredibly kind. Even though he had already started cleaning the machine, he went out of his way to make me a coffee. That alone impressed me, as many places would’ve simply said, “Sorry, we’re closed.”

But what really stood out was what happened next. As I was leaving, I accidentally spilled my coffee all over. I went back in, unsure of what to expect, but he just laughed, stopped what he was doing, and made me another coffee—no hesitation, no complaints. He truly went above and beyond.

The coffee was great, but the kindness and service were what made this experience unforgettable. Five stars for going the extra mile and for creating such a special moment. I’ve been wanting to share this for a long time, so here it is. Highly recommend!“
