I just received an order of muffins and brownies and it arrived quickly and everything looks delicious. I have already had a chocolate cherry muffin and it was amazing. It is by far the best muffin I’ve had in a very long time. I can’t wait to try all of the other flavors and the wonderful looking brownies. I highly recommend them.
This bakery is amazing and they go out of their way to make you happy. I needed a pie and could not pick it up later in the day so the baker made me the pie early in the day so I would be able to pick it up and it was DELICIOUS. We brought it to our friends house for dessert and it was a hit. Peach pie, filled with yummy peaches and the crust was flaky and delicious! Thank you Inclusions!!
A huge THANKS to this bakery! I am on vacation from Nebraska. Yummy! They went above and beyond to help me find GF dining options and recommend a GF app. Too bad not in Nebraska!

Inclusions Bakery and Dessert Bar (and Coffee Shop!) is a gluten free and delicious space in the Yampa Valley. The most amazing gluten free sandwich loaf for making sandwiches is available, and it cuts perfectly, texture holds up, toasts wonderfully, and stays intact when toasting. The chocolate brownie and raspberry chocolate brownie are wonderful, and the quiche is amazing. A mocha that was perfect and a pistachio macchiato are also offered. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, always greeting with warm greetings and smiles. The atmosphere is congenial and warm, with lots of places to sit and visit with friends and a long beautiful oak bar. The bakery offers soooo many take and bake things in addition to desserts and pastries. Inclusions has created a space where people who are often excluded from simple food experiences can gather, celebrate, and feel cared for.
