“We discovered them at this years Christmas Market in Denver! Their pretzels are AHMAZING! BUT the sourdough takes the cake! Especially the jalapeño sourdough!! We made French dips tonight for dinner and they were hands down the best we have ever had!“

“This is almost an experimental restaurant. There was a chef who was the waiter, greeter, preparer etc. The food, service, and ambiance were spectacular. It was tasting menu, no choices, i.e., varied menu BUT everything was amazing. The chef trained in a Paris Michelin 3 star and the food was that good. Wine pairings were expert! We were 1 of 3 couples, there are few tables, maybe 12, so the dining experience is always intimate. This isn't for everyone, but what a great dining experience.“

“The food was fantastic. From the starters through dessert, everything was perfect. The caviar crepe was so light and flavorful, and the banana chou was a perfect way to end the meal.

Damian was amazing. It seemed as though he was doing it all, yet he still had time for recommendations and personalizing our experience. The salmon at his suggestion was a definite highlight.
