“If you want authentic nepalese momos in Denver - look no further. Grabbed my momos and chai togo and these were fantastic. Ordered the chicken momos and veggie momos and both were fantastic flavorful and tasted delish with the nepalese chutney. The masala chai was fabulous as well. This place is inside Mango House. Everytime I am in Denver I will stop by. Highly recommend.“

In addition to the crappy parking (give yourself at least 10 minutes to drive around), the only downfall, is it's really really, really really loud.“

“Some of the best Thai food I’ve had. It felt EXTREMELY authentic. Very high quality ingredients. It is a tragedy this place isn’t more busy. It has a “hole-in-wall” exterior, but inside is very clean and welcoming, with excellent service. There are very, very few restaurants in the area I would give a 10/10. This is one of them. Incredible depth of flavor. Great people. You’re missing out if you haven’t tried it. I live nearby, this will become my new regular spot.“

“I’ve had this place saved in my bookmarks for months and I finally was able to go and try it, and WOW it does not disappoint!!

I got the Tom Yum noodle scoop with veggies and tofu medium spicy, and it was exactly what i wanted and needed. the flavors were rich, complex, and just spicy enough to give it a warm bite.

My friend got the Pad See Ew with chicken and said it was incredible. we both cleared our plates (she said she was a little too full, but I felt perfectly satisfied with the noodle soup)

“Dined at Uncle during Thursday night. Parking would be difficult to find in the area so plan accordingly. We got seated in the bar area and our orders were taken quickly. We ordered duck ramen and bibimbap. Our duck ramen was very tasty with creamy broth and duck meat. However we were hoping the the bibimbap to be hot but it was served to us cold which we were not expecting. Overall definitely recommend Uncle for Ramen.“

Noodles overall good, just wish I had more noodles.“

“I came in to cancel an order because I made a mistake. After speaking with the manager, we had a misunderstanding. I acted rudely and he responded calmly and with kindness. I soon realized the misunderstanding was more of my fault than his. I apologized for my rudness, he accepted it and extended his hand to shake mine. Anyone who keeps there cool in a somewhat hostile situation deserves to be commended, especially when it was not their fault. I would definitely return to this location, solely on that fact. “We'd love to eat here again. The menu has a clearly-labeled vegan section right up front (except for the vegan meatball soup, which is hidden a few pages in). The vegan egg rolls are good, but pricey for the serving size. Otherwise, the portions are very generous; a medium soup could easily serve two. The tofu noodle bowl is a bit bland; the vegan sauce doesn't quite match the typical Vietnamese fish sauce, but it's easy enough to adjust by adding more and/or sriracha, etc. Jennie Pho is an especially good option for mixed parties of vegans and non-vegans.“

“I took my girlfriend here for a celebration dinner and it was such a great experience.

The green beans were perfectly done. Our server recommended the shrimp and it was one of the best dishes we had. It was seasoned so well. The wings were also delicious. We wish we could have brought the sauce home. The fish was also amazing. While the salad was good, the other dishes just were so amazing we almost forgot about it.

“So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. “The Pu Pu Platter is a great way to try the appetizers. Their chicken wings and the shrimp on the platter were incredible! The spring roll platter is great to share as well. Fast service, ample seating, and kind staff. They were nice enough to show us how to make our own spring rolls as well.“

“I got the black garlic ramen medium spicy and my friend got the tonkatsu ramen spicy and they were both delicious. The serving size was great and the food had fantastic flavor. I wish they had Sapporo or hot sake, that would make it a 5 star for sure. I would highly recommend trying the ramen herr if you are in the area.“

I only got the spring rolls so I don’t want to say the food was necessarily bad- but the peanut sauce with my spring rolls was really gross tasting. I was surprised they served it. It was moderately busy and the server forgot about us several times and I had to waive her over each time we needed something. She was friendly but it felt like she either had too many tables or that because we were in the corner we were out of sight and neglected. I’d still recommend going here and it could have just been that particular experience.“

The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“
