It was delicious!
Food is amazing and staff are super nice
I am from Mexico City and I know what real street tacos taste like. This restaurant sets up a tent on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Where they sell Pastor, Suadero, Tripa and let me tell you they are the best Street Tacos in Denver. But like I said only outside in the tent, Friday-Sunday from 7pm to 3am. Definitely I recommend them!

Taqueria Los Gallitos Thornton serves some of the best street tacos in Denver. The restaurant operates from a tent outside on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7pm to 3am, selling Pastor, Suadero, and Tripa. Tacos can also be ordered inside on Saturday nights and received fresh outside. The place is very clean with friendly staff. The meat, including asada, is delicious and the salsas are a favorite. Menudo is good on Saturday morning. While mostly excellent, there can be occasional issues like burnt meat. Credit cards are accepted.
