The seating area was dirty. The staff were focused on their phones. The pressure to give a tip for little service a paper cup, a wooden stick and clear up after yourself is irritating.
This is a weird Starbucks; I don’t really know what the deal is but it is just odd. All the staff are in a bad mood, it doesn’t use the Starbucks app even though it advertises it, and they handle COVID like we’re still in March 2020. Also they have the bare minimum hours open. For a Starbucks that sees more people on ski boots then in shoes (mostly from out of town) they continue to serve hot and fresh coffee with a smile on their faces! The staff is friendly and the manager Brian is great!
