“I’m going to say these guys went above and beyond to make me and my grandson a pizza. They had five minutes till close. Everything was closed up. There was an issue with the app allowing me to order the food, but they took their time to make me and my grandson our pizza I just wanna say these guys are amazing. Thank you for the amazing service and making the pizza for us.“

“Went for a late night treat. I had never had the frozen custard before. I had a spoon bender, it was great. I also brought my pup who had a paw bender. I liked that the puppy desert was okay'd by a vet. My dog loves it. (I think he got a brain freeze).“

“I recently had a disappointing experience at Arby's that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the service was far from professional. A teenager working at the counter seemed completely disengaged and more interested in chatting on her headset than taking my order. This lack of attention not only wasted my time but also made me feel unvalued as a customer.
To make matters worse, the food I received was old and cold, which was unacceptable given what I paid. I expected a fresh meal, but instead, I felt like I was served leftovers. It’s frustrating to think that I spent too much on a subpar meal.
I believe Arby's should seriously consider hiring employees who are not only capable but also genuinely interested in providing good service. It's essential for a fast-food restaurant to prioritize customer satisfaction, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of that standard. I hope they can improve in the future.“

“Good is always good and nostalgic for me as I come in to my old home town. Service at this one was very good. He was talkative, friendly.and invested in our meal. Atmosphere was amazing with the fire place and the football game on. I really liked this place and enjoyed my meal“

“Food was delicious but their dining area is absolutely freezing! Was told their heat is broke and they can't get it fixed!? We enjoyed half our food but the other half was cold by the time we ate it so packed it up to take home and warm up.“

“I would rate the service higher but I can't get over the fact that the employees are not able to take a fullfil your order correctly. They charge you for a food and then don't place it in the bag (drive through)... So we have to park the car, go inside and demand the missing food.“

“We really like coming here. Service is always fast and friendly. I went in yesterday for the Valentine’s Day special. BOGO. After almost eating our meal there I noticed we were charged the free meal. I took it to the cashier and the manager was there. He apologized and fixed the extra charge. He also offered if it didn’t clear correctly for me to come back and he would make it right. I just wish they deliver! And through other apps.“

“This Pizza Hut in the Broomfield/Westminster area has been my regular pick for a reason—it’s consistent. The pizzas come out hot, cooked properly, and the toppings are decent and not skimped. Orders are usually ready right on time, which I appreciate. Nothing over the top, but it gets the job done every time without any issues.“

“Went here for lunch this late afternoon, just wanted to come on here and shout out a young man named Micheal that was our cashier he was such a vibe, very happy and polite making conversation with everyone who walked in, helping throw away trash, takong orders and delivering table side service. I was happy to encounter him. You dont see people so pleasant in the work force these days so definitely a breath of fresh air. Great job Micheal!“
