“This was one of my absolute favorite places to go until last night 2/28/2025. Sat down for dinner and seen a pregnant mouse come out from underneath the booth by the bathroom. Didn't believe what I had seen until it ran out in front of the waitress while she was bringing out our food🤢 We still had to pay for the food too after telling them we had just seen a mouse, they brought out rice pudding as if that would help the situation. Who would want to eat the food after seeing a mouse? I gladly paid for the meal just because I know that I will never dine here again sadly. Disgusted and saddened by this as I genuinely liked coming here.“

“Variety like I have never seen before! Menu offers so many choices that I had to venture beyond my tried and true favorites. I usually have Palak or Saag Paneer. I tried a different paneer and the honey curry. Chef noted my desire to stay on the mild spice side. The tandoori chicken wings were among the tops of my wings experience. If you are there for happy hour (starts at 3 pm), you must try them! I ordered a large amount of food so I’d have leftovers to take home.“

“Extremely friendly staff, nice music, and open LATE. The lamb and saag are great, the dry chili tofu appetizer is hands down the best tofu dish I've had to date. Looking forward to exploring the burgers and Greco-Mediterranian parts of the menu in future visits. If you're there during bar hours, The mango chili cocktail is also great.“

“"The absolute best wings of my life," said by all three of my table mates (one an absolute wing connoisseur) regarding the Achari wings.
Excellent saag, naan, lamb, tandoori, and chai. Service and staff terrific. Made with great care and attention, fresh, and terrific.
There is adequate parking, and very easy access to/from Hwy 6. This place will be our new go-to without question!
Vegetarian options: Great, diverse vegetarian menu with abundant variety.
Dietary restrictions: We went with friends who have Celiac and were pleased that all items were clearly labeled for folks needing gluten free/vegetarian options.
Parking: Plenty of places to park around this small outcropping of stores.“

“Stopped in with a friend and had a delightful dinner. We started with the curry fries which were very hot and fresh and came with a delicious dipping sauce. We also enjoyed their complimentary veggie soup. We ordered palak paneer, yellow Dahl and garlic naan all of which were fantastic. The service was wonderful. The place is brand new so it was pretty quiet for a Friday night but i am hopeful that more people will discover this new cap hill gem! I highly recommend.
Vegetarian options: Our dinner was completely vegetarian, there was a very large vegetarian menu with lots of options.“

“The owner of the restaurant just called me a working class driver (in a tone that sounded like he was talking to his slave from a throne) for asking him about a wait time on a delivery order for uber. I don't think my son or I will be eating here for a 7th time, we will take our hard earned lower class money to Yak & Yetti for some better made food and company. People like him that are dismissive of another persons right to service based on financial class will come back as a snake...“

“Really nice, clean, and re-modeled place. The food is fresh and wonderful and reasonably priced. If you are looking for an Indian Food Buffet, all you can eat, this place is outstanding! Actually Indian Buffet's are hard to find now. When ever I am in Denver this is my go-to spot for their wide selection Buffet. I recently enjoyed the spicy Shrimp and several Vegetable dishes. The Chicken dishes were varied and delicious. I noticed they have $5 Draft Beer on tap. Nothing beats a cold beer and spicy Indian food. Highly recommend!“

“We ordered from here last night. Full disclosure before I begin: we're Indian, we cook A LOT of Indian food, therefore we're really picky about our Indian food. The flavor for both dishes was good (saag paneer and lamb masala) but I was disappointed with how little meat and paneer we got in our dishes. Our food took an hour to be ready when they said 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, there were six people in front of me grumbling that it was taking a really long time. Whoever packed our food used a cracked lid on one of the curry containers, which lead to a mess all over the paper bag not to mention wasted food (that we spent $15 on). My kids liked the paneer and safron rice; they were happy it wasn't too spicy. We didn't dine in obviously but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I'll probably give them one more chance given they're close by and they're NOT Little India.“

“Every time I order from this restaurant, they knock it out of the park. The sweet potato masala is the smoothest, creamiest, best tasting I've had. The garlic naan is always perfect. Honestly though, I have never had anything from Himchuli RINO that wasn't wonderful. The food and the service are equally terrific.“

“Our favorite local food, and there is a lot of competition nearby! Their mixed grill plate has yet to disappoint anyone we’ve had try it, and I love all of the eggplant dishes. Great naan, great apps, everything’s great.“

“Very good Indian food. The aroma of spices greets you as you enter. The lamb curry was delicious with rice. The Naan bread came out hot and tasty and the Chai was good. The menu has a lot of good sounding choices. Most things can be ordered with one of five spice levels. The first time you visit, you might want to order one level lower than you think you want and move up on later visits if you want more heat.
Although lunch is normally buffet style, today they did table service probably because they couldn't predict how busy it would be with the snow. The service was friendly and efficient. The space is attractive with both booths and tables. They do have high chairs, but do not have Wi-Fi.
Ample parking is provided.“

“Wasn't happy that I reserved ahead of time and got in but a couple without a reservation and seated after us were served first. Understandably it was very busy, but I felt that the staff were unprepared for how busy it was. Food was great! Drinks were tasty! And booths were comfortable! Service could have been better. I would need to come back to see how service is when not busy.“

“Had our second event at Durbar, with one more on the calendar later this month. Gotta give it to them, the newly renovated banquet hall is a game-changer. Suman Bhai and the management team really know how to deliver top-notch service – never a single complaint. And the food? Always on point. If you're looking for a spot to host your next event, Durbar's got my vote, no question.“

“I delivered mail to this restaurant one day, and it smelled delicious. I had been wanting to try it ever since and waz not disappointed. The food waz delicious and the service waz great, very friendly and helpful staff. The Lamb Sikh cabob waz SOOOO good! A little spice to it, but not hot, borderline mild-medium. The portionz were very generous and even the yellow rice waz delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal at a fair price. Will definitely be going back!!!“

“Little India in Belmar was our favorite Indian restaurant when we lived in Lakewood, and it still is now that we moved up north. The whole family of five loves it. The food is exceptional, the service perfect. Whatever we have ordered, it tasted heavenly. We have never been disappointed by anything over the years. I forgot taking a photo before much was eaten - the formidable food set other priorities.
If somebody expects that the waiter asks every three minutes if everything is alright, he or she might be disappointed. At out last visit, it happened only once, I think. This was very enjoyable as the constant intrusions during our meal we would find annoying. Service was there when we needed it.“

“Such good food! The buffet is amazing! There is plenty of variety to please everyone. The saag paneer is delicious. One of my favorites. I have celiac but almost everything is gluten free. There's also plenty of vegetarian options. Plus meat dishes that are chicken and lamb. All of it is just delicious! Only complaint is that the raita is spicy. Usually that's what I use as a fire extinguisher because I love spicy food as long as there's something to cool down a little. It really surprised me.“

“My friend and I went for lunch and we didn't realize it was restaurant week. Neha, our waitress let us know how cost effective the restaurant deal would be based on what we wanted to order. She was extremely polite and personable. The overall service was a little slow, but the food was delicious! It was worth the wait. We had the Chicken ginger kabob, Punjabi Samosas, Lamb Jalfrazie and Special Biryani with Garlic naan and Kheer. My friend was so surprised because she didn't like "curries" and had a bad taste for Indian food from a previous experience. But after one bite of the samosa with the mint and prune sauce mixed together, her taste buds were intrigued and she didn't hesitate to taste other things. She left absolutely loving everything! The chicken and lamb were very tender. The Briayani was not too spicy. Definitely add the yogurt sauce if you need to meld the heat of the spice. The Punjabi Samosas were beautifully presented and full of flavor. I do wish there was more garlic on the naan, but it was still delicious. Will definitely continue to frequent this location!
Parking: Ample parking behind the restaurant.“

“I love Spice Trade. it's pretty far to travel for me to get there, but well.worth or every time. I bring everyone who comes to visit us in CO there, it's perfect for my Girls Nights Out, and perfect for lunch with family and friends as well. My fellow likes to go there for the brews, I love the foods (ok, and brews...meads...wines...and cocktails too 😉). Chris the GM is outstanding and he probably doesn't know it but he's offered me 3 tours of the brewery when I was there with my girls/fam/friends. I've taken him up on that every time. 😊 I also love the wait staff, they're personable and often times it's a family affair. I highly recommend this place!“

“Dosas are amazing! So is everything else I've tried. This place is a true gem.
Update: We had our first takeout experience and were pretty disappointed. They forgot to package part of our order, and the rest was cold by the time we got home. We live too far way to go back. I don't think we'll be doing takeout again.“
