I placed an online order at 11:46. The email confirmation said it would be ready at 12:06, when I got there they said they were busy and it would be a little while longer. I waited patiently. At 12:40 I checked on my order and asked if I can cancel since it took my entire lunch. Turns out my order was sitting back there the entire time. I get its lunch hour but I was sitting near the front the entire time.
