“My friends and I stopped in after a concert at HQ a few doors down. They raved about this donut shop- now I know why! Staff was very warm and welcoming. I wasn't sure what to order, so I trusted staff to surprise me. Oh my chocolately goodness! These donuts are magical! And the toppings! If you are ever in the area, Voodoo Donuts will not disappoint-especially if you have out of town guests! My 11 year old can't stop raving about how delicious your donuts are! 100 % recommend! “I always have great service when here, the staff is amazing. the packaging not so much. when we buy individual glazed we are fine. decided to buy a voodoo dozen for the kids. there was one liner in the whole box. so the grape ape seemed to melt and spread over everything. I trashed half a box I purchased for over$30 because no one would eat them. I was going to drive back out there with the box but it's just out of the way“

“It’s a small donut shop inside but we were so surprised at how good the Apple fritter, Cinnamon rolls and Longjohn were. She asked me “cream or no cream” and proceeded to fill the chocolate iced Longjohn with luscious taste-filled cream. We will try the croissant sandwiches next time. And while it was warm inside when we entered the AC quickly made it very pleasant. Very nice people.“

“I do not love that a tipping option pops up just for putting donuts in a bag and being friendly, especially when it appears to be one of the owners. A suggested tip of 20% on my order of three donuts, totaling $8.00, for a transaction that took less than two minutes feels excessive. This is not a restaurant or even a buffet; it is a donut shop where the service is limited to placing donuts in bags and ringing them up. Donuts were very good, not the best I have ever had, but definitely very good. The prices seemed similar to other donut shops, which all feel a bit expensive these days but still in line with comparable places.“

He remembers me when I arrive, asks about how I’m doing, takes time to help make a thoughtful selection for the day’s meeting, offers me a taste of a new donut he’s created, and even helps me out to my car with the boxes. This place is an absolute gem in Arvada, the greater Denver area, and beyond. Definitely stop by and pay Abdul a visit and get yourself a delicious treat!“

“It's one of the best donut shops in town imho. There are a couple niche shops that cater to the Cronut crowd and make fancy looking donuts, but Winchells always is consistent. Too bad I'm diabetic now. Might still see my ghost quickly enter and exit on occasion, just don't tell my PCP or Heart doc. 😉🍩“

Recently I’m also loving the cardamom bun and the pandan doughnut, but I’ve never had something I didn’t like.
