“Campo has the freshest food in Denver, hands down. I’m hooked, and my wallet isn’t thrilled about it. Every single thing I’ve ordered here exceeds my expectations. It’s fresh, healthy and delicious, and the two owners make you feel like family. Plus, the prices are very reasonable given the quality of the food. I recently called to ask if I could place an order and have them set it outside since I had COVID. One of the owners said he’d be more than happy to, but then mentioned they offer delivery. “Hands down one of the best banh mi in Colorado! I recently visited New Saigon after coming back from Vietnam and indulging in their local cuisine. It tasted just like back in Vietnam, if not better. I come from Houston where we have a huge Asian food scene and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of New Saigon, especially having to compensate for the elevation difference and how it affects the bread rising. I find myself always craving something banh mi from New Saigon now. This is my new go-to when I’m craving authentic Vietnamese food. You cannot beat it for the quality and price! “Goodness, I am actually just shocked at how well this place is all around. Their drinks are probably the best boba in all of Colorado, their servers are insanely kind and quick, and the atmosphere is absolutely calming and amazing. The only thing that makes me sad is they removed the foosball table which my mother and I always used to play when we came in. Also, went last weekend and both hubby and I got a chorizo burrito. He told me that towards the middle, his burrito was cold. He didn’t want to say anything about it. As I can kept eating mine, noticed it was cold too, not ice cold but cold. We decided to not say anything this time (things happen) but will definitely, politely, mention it if it occurs again.“
