“First off, this man was running the entire operation by himself, and you would never know it from the quality of the food. Nothing was rushed or overlooked—everything was cooked perfectly, served at the right temperature, and the portions were generous. The customer service was excellent, too.

I ordered the Thai fried rice with shrimp, and hands down, it was the best Thai food I’ve had in Colorado in the last eight years. This was my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last.

I ordered through their website, it was very easy, and 10 minutes later I arrived and it was ready moments later. It was hot and fresh, packed in a box for easy carrying. I'll be back.“

Their service is always amazing, the food is refreshing, delicious, spicy (but the perfect amount), and I love that they add seasonal ingredients to their menu. You can tell they take their time creating yummy dishes that are authentic to their culture while using fresh, sometimes local, and organic ingredients. We love their pad see ew, northern garden rolls (only tried the shrimp), tom yum soup, and a seasonal chicken soup/curry with noodles (I wish I could remember the name). They also make their own Thai tea (it is sweet but I personally thought it brought a good balance to the spice)! “After having such a great experience at Aloy Modern Thai, I knew I had to check out Aloy Thai Eatery—and once again, I was not disappointed!

I had the minced chicken salad with sticky rice, and it was absolutely amazing. The minced chicken had just the right amount of heat, with so much flavor, and it paired perfectly with the sticky rice. Everything came together incredibly well, and I’m already looking forward to my second visit!

The service made my first experience even better. Mae, if I remember her name correctly, was incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face. Her coworker, Yupa—again, I hope I remembered the name correctly—was also wonderful and helped me choose exactly the right spice level for my meal.

Both of them were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Between the amazing food and their hospitality, they made my first visit to Aloy Thai Eatery one I won’t forget.

Now, as a previous reviewer said, you don’t go here for the atmosphere, but I don’t believe they should be marked down for that. You go here for the food and service! It’s a local family business, so please give it a try. The sauce for the wontons was so light and delicious. The breading on the wontons was also light and perfect. “The Panang Curry is fantastic. The rice serving could have been larger for a dinner order but the flavor was fantastic. Ordered hot. Was spicy without being overpowering. Highly recommend. The Satay was decent. A little on the dry side but definitely not bad. The Gyoza were great.

A note on service, they are not the fastest. When they say 25-30 minutes for a takeout order, expect closer to the 30 minute mark. I also was there on a Sunday evening so maybe they were short staffed but there was little touch on the service side. Not bad, just not very rushed which is fine if as long as you go in with that expectation.
