I’m not a professional baker, but I was tasked with making desserts for my brother’s wedding—260 mini Bundt cakes and a large cutting cake—so I needed a professional space to make it happen. I was traveling from South Dakota and contacted nine churches and five commissary kitchens in the Fort Collins area. Elizabeth was the only one who said yes, and I’m so grateful she did! From the moment I connected with her, she turned my anxiety into confidence. Her kindness, support, and well-equipped kitchen made this huge task feel achievable and even enjoyable. She and her staff were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. We worked a full day from 9 to 5 and finished everything on time—and stress-free! As a sweet bonus, Elizabeth shared one of her desserts with my mom and I—a decadent fudge oatmeal bar that I will crave forever. It was unbelievably delicious! If you’re in the Fort Collins area and need amazing pastries or a kitchen space for a large project, I can’t recommend Elizabeth enough. “We used Mary’s Mountain Cookies for our wedding desert. We had about 75 guests at our wedding. Our guests and we loved Mary’s Mountain Cookies. They even made the almond glazed sugar cookies into hearts for our guests. We had it as a grab and go station instead of doing the typical wedding cake and it worked out perfectly. Mary’s Mountain Cookies also had wooden towers you could rent as a decorative piece to put your cookies on.“

“I rarely leave reviews, especially for a quick stop for breakfast. I came in on the 4th of July, and the three girls working had to contact a manager to help with a till issue. The customer ahead of me had seemed to be difficult, but the girls maintained a good attitude even has the line grew. My food was prepared quickly despite the challenges. Thanks!“

“I have not been to your location or communicated with your employees but I have been eating your GF bread for a long time now because it's the BEST available and it's awesome in flavor and texture. It's be nice if the loaf size was a bit larger, but, no worries.
I'm very interested in knowing if you've considered making GF waffles?? I would definitely buy them!! I live in Hastings, Minnesota, near the twin cities and I purchase your product at CUB in town.
