“Our recent school staff's Christmas celebration was an amazing success due to the wonderful amenities provided by this establishment. Their service staff were so attentive to everybody's needs and their courteous service made me feel right at home. Let's not forget the delicious food served in their buffet line! The buffalo wings, drumsticks, and pulled pork were so delicious, it was impossible to resist countless returns to the buffet line. The space that my school was allowed to use was adequately spacious and comfortable for the group size of over 40 in attendance. There was even space available for a small musical ensemble to perform and dance floor to jam to the music. Restroom facilities were kept in utmost state of cleanliness! Hops44 is certainly a place to go to with family or for special celebrations. This evening my wife and I decided to dine in and the experience was better than expected! We had Samosas, Thai noodles, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Tikka Masala, and Naan. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner/chef came out to our table to ask how everything was. What I told him is what I'm telling all of you. This is the best Indian food I've had to date! I have a strong culinary background and highly recommend you put this place on a short list of great food destinations! “My husband George and I frequently go to our "neighborhood" SPOT in Tolland since it opened. It really feels like a home away from home where you can watch a game, collaborate with colleagues over dinner, have a birthday party or little league celebration. It is a place to go for all members of the family for any occasion. The main menu is thoughtful, and we look forward to the weekly specials which are delicious. Prime rib Thursdays is a favorite as well. They have specials on cocktails and mocktails with special touches like cranberries in the ice, or the chocolate drizzle in the Andes martini with whipped creme and Andes mint crumbles. We have not found anything that was not delicious and in appetizing and filling portions. They have adult homemade ice cream to crave! It has a slightly different ambiance in each corner, the sofa lounge area, the seated family dining area, the sports zone covered in big screen tv's and the bar area where you are treated like family and they remember what you like as soon as you sit down. I love their themed special events that pair delicious and unique appetizers, with bourbon, wine, whiskey while sommeliers and chefs discuss the flavor combinations introducing us to tastes that tantalize your whole palate while sharing the history or culture of what you are enjoying. In addition, they have trivia nights, karaoke, an annual car show in the fall, and other seasonal events. In moderate to mild weather, the outdoor covered area is great for listening to local bands and bringing people together. in a comfortable setting. The costs are comparable to other good restaurants, and well worth the experience. If there is any problem with your order (which can happen everywhere), they quickly remedy it. “My husband and I tried 3 different Chinese food places in Manchester, 1 in Vernon, and 1 in South Windsor. Our standards are based on China Garden in Hartford that is absolutely peak.
This place was the absolute best compared to the other 4 places by far. We got gen tso chicken, fried rice, eggroll, and crab rangoons. The rice actually had veggies like peas and carrots, was flavorful and looked exactly like fried rice should. The chicken was surprisingly actually spicy, meat was tender, and sauce was tasty.
The crab rangoon filling was so tasty and the outside was crispy and light, like the little crispy things you get to put into soup.
My only complaint was that the eggroll wasnt very flavorful but duck sauce fixes that quick. (I was gonna eat it with duck sauce anyway).
This is my new Chinese food place for sure. 💙“

“My daughter and I stopped here on our way back from a UConn tour - I’m vegetarian and the Mediterranean pasta was one of the best pasta dishes I’ve ever had - highly recommend!!! “My experience here was amazing. The resturanut was really clean. There are booths and tables to sit. I decided to try thete all you can eat. It was only $29.99. Plus it comes with drinks such as the brown sugar tea. I had mine with rainbow boba. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh. We got crab ragoons and they were fresh out of the kitchen. I had my favorite sesame balls with bean paste. These melt in your mouth and they are both sweet and bitter at the same time. The sushi was super delicious. “I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the building is gorgeous :-) The wine is delicious and they even have selections of beer for the hubbies :-) You can bring some food and enjoy your wine. Also, if you are lucky, you can get to meet their Blue Heeler mascot with the softest fur and adorable little personality. The owners are great people and real salt-of-the-Earth types. The decor is a little dated however we have the nicest waitress Natasha who made the evening so great. She was very prompt and friendly and really funny. “my goodness! still savoring my gorgonzola steak salad from last night... was a special on the menu...served with balsamic dressing...I opted for Bleu cheese dressing instead...I get this everywhere, when possible and WITHOUT A DOUBT THE ABSOLUTE BEST steak gorgonzola salad I have ever had!
