“I was at the DD in Ansonia, CT with my pup to get a donut and pup cup. I just had to put my pup’s brother down during the week, and being that his brother was sad I took him for a ride and treated him to a pup cup. Jesse in Drive Thru was just so nice and was good to my pup that I really appreciated his amazing personality and customer service on this rainy, sad day. Thank you Jesse for putting a smile on mine, and Chico’s face early this morning! Plus the Pup Cup looked so good and Chico definitely gobbled it up!“

“This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.“

“I love this location but was pretty disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a refresher and a bagel with cream cheese which I received but the bagel had so much cream cheese I couldn’t even eat it. I mean whoever made the bagel.. would you eat this? I also didn’t receive a straw for my drink which I then had to go inside and get which defeats the whole purpose of going through the drive through. Over all I still like this location, it’s Labor Day weekend so I know it’s busy and appreciate the workers but today just wasn’t the day“

“The young woman at Dunkin was great. Our power is out and my dog wouldn’t eat her dry food. She’s used to me cooking chicken and veggies but can’t. She was so sweet to make me an egg and a knife for me to cut it up.“

“I love a nice Dunkin coffee. However this particular Dunkin doesn't perk their coffee long enough. I know it's because they are extremely busy, but what you get is a cup of hot water!! It's never good in the morning!! So I no longer go to this location first thing in the morning. But if you visit after noontime, the coffee is delicious!! Just don't go in the morning unless you want a cup of hot water!!
