“Dirk & Co prepared an outstanding menu for my wife’s birthday party- we had 18 people and everyone commented how great the food and tastes were- a few said they were not fans of Thai cuisine before they tried the Green Papayas food… and even they came away big fans! “Oh my god. The food is so good. The parking is horrible however the food more than makes up for it. We had trouble getting here since they opened but finally could and I'm so mad we waited to come here so long. Being vegetarian it's hard to find good food that isn't boring. Problem forever solved here. Husband and I both got the vegetable Pad See Ew. It's amazing. I couldn't stop eating it and pretty much inhaled the food it's that good. The portions are generous and even with as much as I ate I slowed down and had to bring some home. As for the restaurant itself, at the time we went it's very sensory friendly for autistic people like me. The music is nice and muted. The colors are dark and comfortable. The chairs are comfy. The lighting it dim and warm. No real sounds from the kitchen. Of course we went and were the only people there because we eat early, but it was perfect for me and for us in general. Definitely will be back. So many good things to try!“

“Take-out food recommendation! Hot Basil Thai Food, 565 New Park Ave, West Hartford. Ordered three dishes at 2:15pm today for pick-up. Not only was the food OUTSTANDING, but the price SHOCKED me at how low it was. I guess the lunch menu prices is reduced. I will be doing this again, frequently. I've eaten there for dinner several times per year for years and never regretted it, but this blew me away, both the quality and price. Let's be sure to keep them in business with take-out orders!“

“I get takeout from Sweet Chili about once a year (should be more often), and it’s always really good. Just got an order tonight of Tom Kha soup, crab rangoons, and spicy green curry with chicken. Everything was delicious with the right amount of spice“

“Nice cozy place to grab lunch from with friendly staff. The food isn't worth driving out of the way for, but any locals should definitely give it a shot. Would give them a 5 star if it was cheaper.

“The best Chinese take-out in the area! We ordered a large variety of items for a group of friends to share family-style, and all the dishes were a perfect combination of generous amounts of fresh ingredients prepared with top-notch technique. Would highly recommend the crab Rangoon (definitely the best the group has had) and the tenderloin beef. They also provided a large amount of fortune cookies and fried eggroll chips simply because they noticed the amount of food being ordered. We’ll be back for sure!“
