I was just lectured by Kailynn that I could not order my drink how I always order it because the "company" does not want people adding espresso to their drinks because there is already "too much" caffine in the green tea matcha.This from the same company that sells turbo ice / extra charged coffee (358mg in a medium) and the new Rockstar drinks (1 can is 160mg ).I was told I could order it separately and add it myself, creating more trash. I came in today placed my order with the store manager I got my food and left I was disappointed with some of the food quality and temperature I phoned the manager she was a very kind, calm, and well collected person. She addressed my concerns with action, making it convenient and helpful for me to get a good experience next time issuing a free meal equal to the value on my last order. That's proper store management, this is someone I'd like to think as an asset to this buisness...read full review

Drive-thru has been good, but the most recent interaction with the staff was not great. I placed an online order for 2 breakfast sandwiches, but when I checked the order, it was 2 wake up wraps. I informed the staff, but the one who remade the sandwiches seemed angry about remaking the order.
