“Was so happy to accidently find this place. I went for a classic milk tea, and it was great. It was served in an adorable Halloween themed cup. Those little details add that little extra something special. The gentleman that helped me was friendly and made suggestions regarding items on the menu. The poke bar looked really nice as well. Everything appeared fresh and well stocked. Will definitely try it next time I'm in town.“

“STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“9.2.23 we got married at our hometown fair grounds and had Frankie’s cater! It was PERFECTION!! Everyone was blown away when they found out that’s what we were having for food, so fun, and who doesn’t love hot dog and burgers (especially FRANKIE’s)?! There was only a couple cooks/servers and MAN OH MAN did they crank it all out! We had around 160 people and they had a line as soon as the food was out, serving up all the goods in such a timely manor. They cooked and served for about 3 hours.. it worked out SO well, many had 2nds and 3rds, plus we had left overs 😍. Everyone was RAVING! we couldn’t have had it any better, Thank you guys SO much!“

“I like this place a lot. I’ve dined in and done take out. Staff and owner are so nice. This a great place to stop in if you’re having an Apple Store visit and want to pass time or just need a break from walking broadway and shopping. Will keep going back.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to navigate with a wheelchair. Has a ramp like entrance that goes spans pretty well into the restaurant before levelling off.“

“We went through the drive-thru. We were greeted so enthusiastically joyful, the associate was extremely pleasant throughout the whole ordering process, if I was in a bad mood, she definitely would have changed my mood. “One of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever come across.
- I ordered two McGriddles (Sausage and Bacon) and they were one of the freshest and piping hot breakfast items I’ve had
- Hashbrowns were fresh out of the fryer and were delicious.
- Staff were courteous.
- The store was extremely clean and well-maintained with regular cleaning and mopping floors.

“I stopped here and went through the drive thru to grab some lunch. The food was good. The person working the drive thru wasn’t as friendly as is typical with a Wendy’s Hamburger Restaurant. Perhaps she was overwhelmed by the business, but it just wasn’t normal when compared with the other locations.
It wasn’t bad, just not up to expectations, perhaps it is as good as it gets when you are in Waterbury.“

“Very friendly staff, get my meals right every time some comment staff being rude for not accepting coupons it's not their fault if you look into the the amount of franchisees who apply for redemption from corporate they don't get reimbursed this is why it's their corporate establishment they are causing problems, not taking care of the buisness they ask more and more to the point there is no profit for these mom and pop franchise. They are great people here, just know they truely love their community, and the food they serve they are just wrapped up in the wrong sandwich shop now the chain used to be great.“
