“Please do not listen to the rating on this location. THIS IS THE ONLY CHIPOTLE I FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING TO ANYMORE. They ALWAYS have everything, the employees move fast through lines, and the staff in charge of making the food always has new stuff ready for when they run out so you’re never missing anything. Incredible staff, so hardworking. These other chipotles (Shelton & Milford) could learn plenty from this staff. Great work“
“The food is yummy, and they'll hand out samples of their soup of the day and when I was in there, they put a top on my sample to take it with me, since I had a mask on. I really appreciated that. The soup was BANGIN, just on the salty side (but it was kielbasa and bacon so that's to be expected, frankly.) I love coming here. I look forward to the day they'll be taking cards, is all.“

“South of town locale on South main Street (state route 25), the main north/south route through the Botsford section of town, this is on the Monroe side of Newtown. Gets busy on weekends and sometimes you may have to wait awhile for your fries. The food is good the fries are great.“

“We have eaten here weekly for 2 years already and love this place! The owner is always there and makes delicious sandwiches for me and my kids. I normally do not eat at any of the subway restaurants, but this one is special. This is a very clean and pleasant place. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by manager Karla. Karla’s good personality, wonderful smile, and willingness to go above and beyond made our experience enjoyable. She ensured that our order was accurate, and even took some time to chat with us, which was very nice of her. Her attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. We were also happy with another worker named Edd. He was polite and had a good smile on his face when he brought over our food and told us to enjoy our meal!
