This location is a disgrace. Order ahead for the third time and for the third time had to contact customer support for refund and to cancel order due to time. Ordered at 7:05- went in at 7:30 still not ready. Was told that it would be at least another 20 minutes and they were out of white rice- WHITE RICE!!! At 7:50 I cancelled my order and left. Does the management at the Southbury location even care? Like at all? I've tried to give this location multiple chances, but this has to be one of the dirtiest and ill kept establishments that I has been to. It's almost unbelievable. I mean all the tables and floors in the seating area are filthy, even when they aren't busy.
