“Solid food and great atmosphere. The fish really was cooked beautifully and the staff was top notch. Yummy fish and chips.Today we had a couple of apps and they were quite tasty. Calamari was really solid and my buddy got the Buffalo shrimp. They had a special swordfish entree with Lobster risotto and it was really quite tasty. Solid work per usual.Delicious clam soup and salmon dish. The spetzel (sp) was fun and unexpected. Also decent pours for your gin on the rocks. Bombay would be proud. A little heavier handed would be appreciated but better than many places. The burger looked great and the chicken parm was large and tasty. “LOVED the clarified milk punch and Pinnacle cocktails, the small cheese board was cute and delicious. Great fries and gnocchi. The fig pastry/flatbread thing was a miss though. I don't think the crust was cooked all the way, the prosciutto was cut too thick, and it was overflowing with the fig, way too much. Definitely would be back though to try other things on the menu! Also lovely atmosphere, but bar stools are not comfortable.“

The food is like nothing else. We had the ricotta and it was bursting with flavor. Honey, salt, roasted garlic and chives with sourdough. Yum. I had the 15 day aged corned beef and it was hands down the best I’ve had ever and I’m a Harp! Bartender as always is the best he’s always angling for you to try one of his libations and he won’t let you go till you do: OSA is the best CT restaurant. “My wife and I had our first dinner at Vinted Wine Bar tonight. My wife has had a good amount of experience at Vinted, but it was my first time there. Top to bottom... TRULY EXCELLENT!! We shared a nice bottle of Daou Cab while sitting at the bar, and started with the Whipped Hummus, with Crispy Scallion Cake. Best Hummus you'll ever eat, and the warm crispy thin cake slices are very delicious with the Hummus. Terrific! Then we split and shared 2 entrees: The Chicken Milanese, and the Vinted Prime Burger. Both, also super delicious. Rich, flavorful, perfectly prepared by the talented crew in the kitchen lead by the executive chef, and partner, Mike Voight. Ate every bite of everything. Lastly, for desert we shared the Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake. Holy cow, that is one incredible desert. Our bartender Chris was very helpful, friendly, and although busy had time to talk with us. And we found all the staff, extremely personable. Mike has a finely tuned ship in Vinted. We'll be back. #impressed“
“I went to Bella Notte for the first time last night. I had a veal chop that was cooked to perfection. The sides of rice and broccoli were also great. The service was prompt and friendly. What more can I say? If If you like good Italian food in a relatively casual atmosphere, I highly recommend Bella Notte. The Middletown Manhattan was the icing on the cake!“

“I used to love coming here pre pandemic! I brought my friend with me from out of town and we were having a GREAT night with the bartender Dustin (who literally was excellent), and at the end of the night it was just my friend, the owner, and I. The conversation was calm and civil and fun and suddenly out of NOWHERE the owner proceeded to verbally assault us, calling us expletives and making us feel unsafe and unwelcome. We decided it was no longer for us and stepped outside, at which point he FOLLOWED US OUTSIDE and alternated between apologizing and cursing at us and begging us to come back inside until we left. I’m glad we didn’t go back inside as his behavior was erratic and potentially dangerous, considering we were two women and he is a much larger man. We were afraid and felt safer walking home (in Hartford that says something) rather than staying put. I’m bummed because I used to like this place, but it’s come to my attention we are certainly not the only women with this experience. Please be careful y’all.“
“Let me start off with, I really love this place! The game and drink options are great and the service is pretty good, but it would be nice if they could keep the games serviced better. More than a few of the games I played had non-functioning buttons and the coin slots ate my money without giving credits.“

Dylan was extremely kind and helpful when I called to inquire about seating, making a reservation (they don't - it's a waitlist system)... our server Lauren was awesome! She was patient (we had a million questions) and made wonderful suggestions. Super helpful considering we were first timers... and the food! Everything we ordered was delicious! The mushroom dumplings, general tso's shrimp, the ramen were all fabulous, fresh and full of flavor. I had the ground chicken seasonal special and am absolutely going back before the season changes to have it again. I highly recommend this place.“

However the $1.50 for the up charge on french fries was not worth it. The fries were soggy, limp and unseasoned.It wasn't all bad.
