“First time here in at least 8 yrs. The food is still as amazing as it was 20 yrs ago. This is a must go to every time I'm in Waterbury since I grew up here. If you like the diner atmosphere and are looking for good quick food I highly recommend! I'd give extra stars if the ability existed. Right off Meriden road in the family dollar parking lot. 5 mins from the mall and Walmart respectively. Definitely a hidden gem

“I'm originally from Waterbury live in California now but my family still resides there. When I visited recently, they surprised me with breakfast/lunch at Linda's Diner . I was very impressed with the taste and portions of the food, the cleanliness were 5 star. , lastly to top it off my waitress "Carmen" she made sure the food six 6 people arrived quick with perfect temperature . she was professional and sweet . Carmen also gets a 5 star rating . I'll definitely be back.“

“Place is nice for a mom and pop. Good is very nicely priced especially for senior citizens on a budget. Quiet and tucked away this business doesn't get crowded so you can eat in peace. The food is very home feel so don't expect filet mignon but the chicken sandwich is good. Senior citizens and mothers with small children will be comfortable here for a good lunch.“

“If you go here, you must try the syrup with pancakes or anything else battered. The toast, bacon, homefries, and mist sides are great and for a Saturday morning the vibes and service speed was amazing! The eggs and sausage are average but not bad by any means, and finally for those who like good coffee for cheap, they have a great smooth feeling coffee! Definitely coming back again! And recommend to anyone in the area!“

“Excellent service, we were greeted with a smile and positive energy from the kind woman at the counter. I was happy that they served breakfast all day. It was the best breakfast I've had out in a long time! I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll. Delicious. My eggs were cooked perfectly and my sandwich was made with white american cheese. There was plenty of bacon on it too, which was cooked to perfection. The hard roll was great, with poppy seeds on it. I also had the home fries - yummy with a hint of onion and nice and crispy on the edges. The prices are reasonable, the food was terrific, and service was great too. :) Overall great experience! Definitely recommend!“
