This Dunkin’ Donuts in bethel has always been my favorite, until recently they’ve hired other people who are terrible. Never get my coffee right the past few times I went (early) and asked for a sandwich they always say no they cleaned the machines. They are lazy and don’t care.
Recently had a problem with my card and a transaction issue. I want to commend Steve and his team for working to make things right. Corporate was of 0 help and I should have gone to the store to sort things out all along. Corporate reminded me the stores are locally owned & operated - so please remember to shop/fine locally.
