Nour Lebanese Cuisine Reviews
Absolute BEST Lebanese restaurant I’ve ever been to! Authentic dishes. Sooooo incredibly flavorful! You feel like a part of the family once you walk through those doors - make sure to taste the lamb special (my all time favorite!!) - it’s the owner’s grandma’s recipe and OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! (I don’t even like lamb but THIS dish is ABSURDLY delicious!!!) pay special attention to the huge pink pen at the register - haha my company pen!!
We love Nour Lebanese Cuisine!! The food is so delicious, and the staff there is so kind. My younger daughter asked that we add this restaurant to our regular rotation after having “the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had”!

Nour Lebanese Cuisine serves delicious and well-spiced dishes, including hummus, falafel, and various salads. The lamb and cucumber salad are phenomenal, and the muhammara is a standout. This restaurant offers a one-stop shop for a great meal, groceries, and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit for Lebanese food lovers. It is a small Lebanese grocery store and restaurant, homey and eclectic, located on the border of Danbury and Bethel. The grocery side sells a variety of hard-to-find items, including fresh made pita bread, olives, za'atar, and sweet delicacies. The restaurant serves truly excellent, elegantly presented food with generous portions. Guests have enjoyed the green beans appetizer, sambousek, chicken schwarma combo platter, beef kebab combo platter, and vegetarian platter, all praised for their flavor and quality. The Vegan Platter was delicious and filling, and the Spinach Pie is noted for being very good. The owner and staff are known for their warm hospitality, treating customers like family. They aim to please and are very knowledgeable regarding vegan and vegetarian requirements. It’s worth being patient for the great service and food, making Nour an absolute gem for anyone craving Lebanese cuisine.
