Absolutely THE best grinders we’ve had in forever. My veggie and cheese grinder was LOADED with veggies! My husband’s grinder had so much nest he could have created 2 more grinders. “Went here for lunch with my sister! I couldn’t believe how packed they were on a Monday! No wonder- the food and drink were ON POINT! Our waiter was very attentive and informative on wine. We shared the spinach and artichoke dip- delicious! I had the harvest vegetable bowl and added steak. The flavors mixed so well creating a palette of fresh, and my steak was cooked perfectly! I know this is going to sound strange, but what impressed me the most was Mr. Joe, who runs the front of the restaurant. He could teach a master class in hospitality. I was amazed how even when he was the only one on the floor, he kept track of every patron who came in, or whoever was on the phone and knew in which order people were to be served. “We were in CT from SC for a wedding! We went in on Saturday to watch South Carolina Gamecocks football game. The manager and Kasha were awesome! The manager put the game on two of the big TVs in the bar area so that all of us from SC could watch. They were so attentive kind and supportive of the Gamecocks even though we lost. The manager don’t know his name sorry, and Kasha were amazingly kind! We went back Sunday morning for brunch. Food and service were spot on!!! “We have had food from the new location in Preston Connecticut three times now. They had only been two days, a few weeks, and now a few months when we are here. First impression was the cheese pizza had no taste but the deep dish pep was good. Second impression was similar. Now a few months into establishing, the cheese is delicious. Great sauce and cheese flavor and ratios. Crust is just right. We did have a few pieces of the Detroit/deep dish pep but not all of our deep dish tasted “Smokey.” The best way to explain it is like the smokiness of mezcal tequila. Most of the pep was charred so we suspect it was over cooked or was adjacent to something else in the oven that burnt. Overall, positive experience and in time, we think this restaurant will continue to strive and adjust recipes and cooking techniques to meet or exceed expectations.“

“Love their low carb with peanut butter. Wish they’d stop using styrofoam cups. Smoothies are always fantastic and staff are always friendly with me. I follow a strict diet laid out by a nutritionist so I sometimes add extra protein scoops or something to my smoothies so I can plan my macros accordingly. It’s frustrating when I do this and they make too much, pour me my cup, and then dump out the rest. If I’m paying for extra protein and you make too much of the smoothie, please just pour me a bigger or extra cup so it doesn’t go to waste.“

Parking: Standard lot, very easy to park

Kid-friendliness: Panera is definitely kid friendly, with booths and high chairs to make it easy. Kids menu makes it simple to order, although my kids will go through a full sized mac and cheese with no problem.“
