Chipotle food is reliably good, thanks to their formula, but this is not the first time I’ve been shocked at the conditions.
Isn’t there always a manager on staff? Isn’t it the manager's job to stay on top of overflowing trash, dirty tables and floor, empty napkin dispensers?
