Went there around 2:50pm to pick up my online order, the person in front of me was an elderly man just wanting to add onions on his sandwich , the lady behind the counter was so disrespectful and rude I felt so bad for the man his exact words were “ what did I do to deserve this “. She then proceeded to yell at the man that’s when I stepped in, just like when I ordered my sandwich and added toppings what’s the difference from him wanting to add toppings?...read full review
They have the dumbest people working at this location. I placed an order and 5 minutes later the store canceled it. I came in and said my name is Camryn and I came to pick up my order and the slow lady in the front says my manager is not here. I did not ask for her manager, I said my name . Then proceeded to argue with me for the next 10 minutes truly don’t know how this location is still open or owned with such humiliating staff.
Got here at 7:59pm and the door is locked this lady screamed we’re close and baby I didn’t hear her the first time and the second time she screamed even louder I hate these kind of people in customer service the least you can do is come to the door and respectfully let people know you’re closed and your sorry your sign and google says you guys close at 9pm when you close at 7:59pm. You suck get a better career
